Poetry

Song of You by Judy Zhou

I exult in you, your turquoise eyes, clear as a spring

stream running down a mossy hilltop

the intensity pierces me

through

especially

during sex

your stare was most

invincible

I delight in you, your broad shoulders, your chest,

your sculpted arms clasping me

squeezing me like

never before

as if you were afraid

i would slip through your fingers

like a small fish

in a big net

I revel in you,

you,

with your wildest dreams,

your endless quests for adventure, your

inexhaustible desire to conquer

the world

with me in it

before i am out
