Ferropolis hosts Melt! festival in the summertime. It’s just outside Berlin, but kids come from all over the world to lie by the lake. These photos were all shot on some kodak disposables in true festival spirit. The actual vibe of the whole thing was a little cheesy, and the musicians seemed really to be “performing” — the showmanship got a little stale sometimes. Still, there were a few acts that felt more honest and then there was the charm of exploring the peninsula itself. These photographs are my photo diary from the weekend.
